Terms of Service

Nice Balance, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates PrayForMe at https://prayforme.garden. Contact support@prayforme.garden for service, billing, legal, privacy, or abuse inquiries. Registered office: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States.

Agreement and eligibility

The Service is offered to adults aged 18 or older in the United States who can enter a binding contract. Availability elsewhere requires our express support; a reachable website does not establish an offer in every country. You accept these Terms through the acceptance action shown before using the Service. The Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy and Public Materials Policy form part of this agreement. The Privacy Notice explains processing and is not blanket consent to unrelated uses.

What we provide

PrayForMe is a personal garden of AI helpers generating original written wishes and prayers. Current practices are Good wishes, Christian prayer, and Loving-kindness (Buddhist metta); results are in English. Helpers are digital characters, not people, clergy, or representatives of religious institutions. We do not send your wishes to the addressee. Generated spoken audio, music, gifts, spiritual certification, and other unlisted features are not included. Ambient interface sound is separate from generated text.

One completed wish means one accepted generated result saved by the Service. Failed or rejected attempts and replays do not count. Word animation presents accepted text and does not guarantee live generation. Work is queued and subject to capacity, bounded retries, and plan limits. We promise neither instant bulk completion nor a universal response-time guarantee. One-time orders retain their expressly purchased quantity and delivery deadline.

We promise no divine reception, healing, spiritual effect, financial gain, or other external outcome. Source quotations are context, not endorsements. AI may make mistakes. This is not professional advice or an emergency service.

Free access, accounts, and schedules

One accepted first wish is available without an account or card. Guest access lasts seven days in the same browser. Clearing browser storage or changing devices can lose guest access unless the garden was saved to an account.

Email verification followed by explicit activation starts one 72-hour account trial, with no card, charge, automatic conversion, or renewal. It permits up to three requests and three helpers, every six hours or daily, at most 12 regular starts per helper, and one turbo run of up to five wishes. Failed attempts can produce fewer accepted results. Editing, reassigning, or signing in again does not restart the trial. A monthly purchase ends it. Earlier private grants retain their original conditions.

Keep your email and sessions secure. You are responsible for authorized account activity. Editing a request affects future work; saved results retain their original request and practice. Scheduled work can continue while your browser is closed. Pause stops future work; it does not cancel billing or extend access. Running work may be stopped or discarded by access and cancellation controls.

Content and rights

You retain rights you have in submitted content and authorize us and necessary service providers to process it to deliver and administer the Service. This is not permission to publish private content, use it in advertising, or train general-purpose models. As between you and us, you may use generated text for lawful personal or business purposes. Results need not be unique or copyrightable, and third-party rights remain applicable.

The Service software and materials are owned by or licensed to Nice Balance, LLC. Access does not transfer ownership. We claim only rights we actually hold; AI generation alone does not establish exclusive copyright.

Do not infringe rights, harass, threaten, expose private information, facilitate fraud, bypass controls, access another account, or overload the Service. Do not represent output as proof of religious endorsement, medical efficacy, or another unverified fact. Use a nickname or relationship for another person; do not submit their identifiable sensitive information. General wishes for health and recovery are welcome. Please leave out personal diagnoses, test results, medical records, and treatment details. Do not submit identity documents or financial credentials.

Publication and history

Requests and results are private by default. Publication requires a separate preview and confirmation of selected fields. Later private edits do not silently update public snapshots. You can revoke our hosted link; copies held by others may remain.

Account history remains readable and exportable while active access or unfinished work protects it. After the last protected access or order ends, the history window is 90 days, with a service email accepted for sending at least 14 days before cleanup and a visible export/deadline. An email accepted for sending does not prove receipt or reading. A sending failure postpones cleanup. New active access prevents pending cleanup but cannot recreate already cleared content.

History cleanup removes requests, text, custom-request content, and publication links; account and retained payment/operational records remain. Account deletion is a separate action that removes active account content and queues recurring-billing cancellation. A queued request is not confirmation from the payment provider. See the Privacy Notice for backup limitations.

Availability, enforcement, and responsibility

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue the Service and restrict misuse or security threats. Changes do not retroactively change a confirmed order. We may act immediately when needed for security or legal compliance. Contact support to request review.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE EXCLUDE INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES AND LOST PROFITS TO THAT EXTENT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PURCHASE GIVING RISE TO IT; FOR FREE ACCESS, THAT AMOUNT IS ZERO.

These limitations do not exclude an express purchased entitlement or liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including non-waivable responsibility for fraud or intentional misconduct. No voluntary refund or outage compensation is promised. The billing policy applies.

Delaware law governs to the extent permitted by law, without removing mandatory consumer protections. These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or precondition to a statutory complaint. Contact support to seek a resolution. We publish changes and give notice or request fresh acceptance when required. Changes do not retroactively expand your publication or sensitive-processing choices.
