Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Prices and purchased units

Prices below are USD; checkout identifies applicable taxes and the total before payment. A confirmed custom quote keeps its own amount, quantity, and deadline. There are no undisclosed usage charges.

New one-time deadlines run from confirmed payment: up to 10,000 wishes within seven days; 10,001–100,000 within 14 days; 100,001–1,000,000 within 60 days. Previous purchases retain their purchased terms. Custom finite quantities are limited to 1–1,000,000. A missed deadline does not count unfinished wishes as delivered or automatically extend the purchased deadline.

Monthly purchases provide helper capacity and scheduling, not a guaranteed monthly number of successful texts. Available cadences are hourly, every six hours, or daily. A funded monthly period includes up to 30 turbo runs, with at most three starts in a rolling 24 hours; the interface shows the maximum run size. Allowances do not accumulate across funded periods. Nonstandard recurring gardens require a quote.

Payment, renewal, and cancellation

Payment and access depend on verified provider records, not the checkout return page. Stripe processes checkout; we do not store card credentials. A free first wish and the separately activated 72-hour trial do not authorize charges or automatically convert.

Monthly subscriptions renew each month at the amount authorized at checkout until canceled. Before purchase, we show the amount, billing frequency, included capacity, and cancellation terms. Any price change is prospective, with notice and new authorization where required; an already paid period is not repriced.

Use the cancellation control for your purchase in the garden account/purchase area. If unavailable, email support@prayforme.garden. Cancellation stops future renewals while access continues to the funded end. A provider action may initially show pending; we confirm when the provider accepts it. A timely cancellation request must not result in further unauthorized renewal charges. Pause, closing a browser, and unused capacity do not cancel renewal. Deletion queues cancellation but is not proof of provider completion.

Unfunded expiry stops new work. A later payment does not create missed historical output. We do not promise self-service plan changes or automatic prorating; any new arrangement must show its effective date and charges before authorization.

Final sales

ALL SALES ARE FINAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We offer no voluntary refunds, prorated refunds, credits, access extensions, or additional cooling-off period for changing your mind, non-use, unused capacity, cancellation, dissatisfaction with text, delays, interruptions, discontinuation, or failure to achieve an external outcome.

Report suspected duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges to support with the transaction reference, without full card details. We investigate billing errors. This policy does not authorize improper charges or retention of money we are legally required to return. Non-waivable refund and payment-dispute rights remain available only to the extent required by applicable law. Any legally required refund follows the applicable deadline and payment-method requirements.

A failed or rejected attempt is not a completed wish. This policy does not erase a confirmed delivery deadline, quantity, or other express purchased obligation. No voluntary non-delivery or outage compensation is promised.
