Privacy Notice

Information and purposes

We process your email, account/session information, sign-in challenges, request and addressee text, practice and schedule choices, generated results, attempts and job records, purchase references and offer versions, support messages, publication choices, and operational/security records. Network requests can expose IP address and browser/device information to us and our providers.

We use information to authenticate access, generate and review texts, run schedules, display/export history, process payments, deliver service notices, respond to requests, prevent misuse, maintain accounting, and operate the Service. We do not provide medical assessment or make significant legal decisions about you from prayer text.

Use nicknames or general relationships. Do not enter another person's identifiable religious or health information, medical records, identity documents, passwords, or bank details. Your practice or request may reveal sensitive information. We explain necessary processing when you submit it and request a specific additional choice where applicable law requires one. Publication is a separate action.

Providers and disclosures

We do not use private requests or results ourselves to train general-purpose AI models or for targeted advertising. AI requests are configured to deny provider data collection and require zero-retention routing. These settings are not a promise that every provider retains no technical metadata or processes only in the United States. Providers operate under their own applicable terms; model and routing choices may change. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

Information may be processed outside your state or country. We do not promise exclusively US storage or processing. We may make proportionate disclosures required by law, to protect security or legal rights, or in a business transfer with applicable safeguards. These purposes do not authorize unrestricted publication or advertising use of private text.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics without a consent banner on eligible pages. Application events contain fixed event names, canonical page URL/title, and purchase type. We do not supply names, email, request/result text, practice, account/result/purchase identifiers, amounts, query strings, URL fragments, or referrers to Analytics. Finance, public share, and sign-in return routes are excluded. Advertising personalization, Google signals, User-ID, and automatic form tracking are disabled.

Google still processes ordinary cookie, session, device, and network information; analytics is not cookie-free or entirely anonymous. Browser controls can block or delete cookies and scripts, with possible effects on site functionality. See the Cookie Policy. We do not claim that a general browser setting fulfills every statutory opt-out requirement.

Publication

Private content becomes public only through a separate preview and confirmation. A snapshot may contain title, dedication, up to three selected texts and their practice/date information, an optional completed count, and publication date. It does not automatically reveal your email, payment details, or later private edits. Revoke the link through the publication controls. Our live endpoint stops serving a revoked snapshot; third-party downloads, screenshots, embeds, and caches may remain.

Retention and deletion

Guest access lasts seven days in the same browser; this is not a promise that every server record is purged at day seven. Account history is protected while active access or unfinished work exists. After the last protected access/order ends, the history window is 90 days, subject to at least 14 days after a service email is accepted for sending. If sending fails, cleanup waits. The account view identifies the deadline and export option. A new active plan prevents pending cleanup but cannot restore cleared content.

History cleanup removes private requests, results, custom-request content, and public links, while leaving the account and retained payment/operational records. Account deletion is separate. Records needed for tax, accounting, security, disputes, payment cancellation, or legal obligations can remain for those purposes. Operational AI cost records do not contain prompt or result text. We do not promise that all financial records disappear with an account.

Recovery backups may retain copies after active-system deletion. Active-system deletion does not mean immediate removal from every backup or provider system. We do not offer a fixed backup-erasure or recovery guarantee in this Notice. Retained copies remain subject to restricted use and applicable deletion obligations.

Requests and security

Email support@prayforme.garden for access, correction, deletion, export, withdrawal of a consent, or another right available under the law applicable to you. We verify identity proportionately and respond within applicable deadlines. You may use an authorized agent or appeal where applicable law provides those rights. We do not retaliate for exercising a protected right. Account history export and deletion controls are available separately from cancellation of renewal.

The Service is intended for US adults aged 18 or older. Report suspected information about a child to support. We use safeguards proportionate to the information and notify affected people or authorities when required. No online service is absolutely secure. We publish notice changes and obtain a new choice when legally required for a new use.
